Brasstown Bald - 2026

I made it to the top of Georgia on April 16th, 2026 as part of a 5 highpointer excursion through the Apalacchia/Blue Ridge area. At 4,784', Brasstown Bald is Georgia's highest point and the United State's 25th highest point. The site is very accessible and features a nice observation deck at the peak. The drive through Blue Ridge to get there is worth the trip alone.
