Jerimoth Hill

Rhode Island's Highest Point

Jerimoth Hill is Rhode Island's highest natural point at around 812 feet above sea level. It is situated in a rather unremarkable spot in Foster Rhode Island, and has the dishonor of being the lowest of all the New England high points. Parking is available just off Harford Pike and a short, flat walk among some pretty evergreens will put you at the spot where a patch of exposed rock sits next to a park bench marking the area. When I was there, there was an ammo can with a log book in it and one other entry for the day.

I nabbed this one while on a weekend trip to Boston with my son. Its an easy 60 minute drive from the Boston area. I did not order the Tshirt.
